Returns

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the condition they were received.
• Non-Returnable Items:
  • Personalized or custom-made items.
  • Used or damaged products.
• Process:
  • Email us at mysticalglowhomedecorproducts@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.
  • Once approved, ship the product to the address provided in the return instructions.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
